Ultra-Miniature 01005 Size Ceramic Chip Capacitors Saving roughly 50% board space of larger 0201 size devices, the 01005 size are the smallest products NIC Components currently offers. 01005 size also features the lowest profile: 0.22mm maximum thickness for high-density SMT designs. Applications for the 01005 size include portable & hand-held products, communication and embedded devices. All featurenickel barrier and tin plate finish and are compatible with lead-free reflow soldering processes. All NMC series products are RoHS compliant.
