Automotive Qualified Chip Current Fuses

KOA’s TF16-series of chip current fuses for the secondary circuit use has now been extended with a new automotive qualified version, available in 0603 size.

The performance of the new TF16VN-series has been proved with tests equivalent to AEC-Q200. Fuses in this series open within 5 sec at 250 % rated current at +25 °C. Rated currents range from 0.8 A to 3.15 A.

- Temperature cycle (-55 °C ~ +125 °C), 1000 cycles
