Product Type: NPIS73H and NPIS74H Surface Mount Power Inductors
This is notification that the wrapping technique/material used to wrap the component winding in the NPIS73H and NPIS74H parts will be changed from the “tube” method to “tape” method as shown in the photographs.
REASON FOR CHANGE: The tape method increases stability of product appearance, uniformity of size and reduces possibility of protrusion of the copper wire.
IMPACT OF CHANGE: This change will have no impact on component performance.
EFFECTIVE: Immediately and will be seen as inventory of parts made using the tube method is exhausted.
