NIC Components is pleased to announce the addition of NMA series of surface mount ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) to its expanded offering of automotive grade products. Qualified to AEC-Q200 (Stress Test Qualification For Passive Components) and produced at TS-16949 certified production sites, the NMA series is NIC's best choice for automotive and high reliability systems applications.

The newly released NMA series features wide operating range (-55°C to +125°C), in NPO (C0G) and X7R temperature coefficients and are supplied in 0402, 0603 & 0805 case sizes. Voltage ratings cover 50V and 100V (NPO) and 16V, 25V, 50V and 100V (X7R). Capacitance value range covers 4.7pF to 0.1uF (higher capacitance values are in development). RoHS compliant and designed for automated PCB assemblies, followed by reflow soldering process.
