Syfer extends AEC-Q200 qualified devices
Knowles capacitor brand Syfer Technology has improved its offering of AEC-Q200 qualified devices in order to meet increasing demands from the automotive market by extending its ranges of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC’s) and EMI filter products.
An important characteristic in automotive applications tends to be package size. Starting with the miniature 0603 size, and going up to a 3640 footprint, MLCC's in C0G and X7R dielectrics will now be offered in capacitances ranging from 100pF to 4.7µF, with operating voltages from 50V to 3kVdc. mehr ...
